in my humble opinion has nothing to do with how high the heels are, how expensive her outfit is or even how old she is. a diva is divine in a sackcloth because she has the spark - intelligence, charm, she likes herself and she likes others. a diva knows to have fun and she's not snotty or bitchy.
which is why the "next diva" show i am watching right now should put more emphasis on these girls' brains (they exhibit an appalling lack of gray matter) and attitude than looks.
